Cancellation: If you have not met your driver or communicated a delay within this 1-hour window, the driver will depart, and the transfer service will be automatically cancelled without a refund.
2. Flight Diversions
Diverted Flights: In the event that your flight is unexpectedly diverted back to its origin or rerouted to Porto Santo for any reason, our team will not be able to wait.
Service Status: The transfer service will be cancelled, as we cannot accommodate rescheduled ground transportation based on unscheduled flight relocations.
